Deposits - processing

In cases of Deposits 'not yet received', please allow a minimum of 3 hours before emailing us to trace your payments.  

This will ensure an adequate amount of time for third party and internal processing.

To help us trace deposits, please provide us with the following information - 

  • Username or registered email
  • Amount
  • Transaction Hash#
